Grace founded Ascend Uganda in 2014 after 10 years in HR leadership across the private and development sectors. She holds an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and a Master's in Organisational Psychology from Makerere University.
She has personally coached over 200 professionals and is a sought-after speaker at leadership and HR forums across East Africa.
James brings a decade of experience in corporate training, communication skills facilitation, and leadership development for some of Uganda's largest private sector firms.
