From a Small Office in Kampala to a Nationwide Impact
Ascend Uganda was founded in 2014 by a team of passionate professionals who believed that world-class coaching should not be a privilege reserved for multinationals or Ugandans living abroad. It should be accessible, affordable, and deeply rooted in the realities of working in this country.
We started with a single training room in Ntinda, Kampala. Today, we operate across Uganda โ from Kampala and Entebbe to Gulu, Mbarara, and Jinja โ serving over 850 professionals and 60 organisations with a team of 14 certified coaches and consultants.
Our methods are grounded in evidence-based coaching psychology, but they are always adapted to the local context. We speak your language โ not just Luganda or English, but the language of Uganda's ambitions, challenges, and unique opportunities.
